This training is about the theory and practice of intercultural relationships in a challenging environment. During the course, the latest findings in the theory of cultural studies are illustrated with applied examples and individual coaching to understand the most important aspects of intercultural communication and how to apply them in international assignments. How are differences perceived and how can a change of perspective help to improve the quality of communication?

The training uses methods that connect participants' past experiences with new input to improve individual learning capacity. Participants will feel more comfortable dealing with intercultural situations and will be able to concentrate fully on their international assignments.
